This fundraising procedure is designed as a guide (only) to help make your Tolka fundraising as easy and successful as possible.

1. Registeras a Tolka Fundraiser

2. Tell us how many families you have.

   We will put your school/pre-school name on our Fundraising Flyer and supply you with enough copies so that you can send a flyer and colour guide to every family

3. Tell us how many classrooms you have and we will send

· an initial order of frames so that every class can have a sample of each of the four sizes for children and parents to view. This initial order will be invoiced on a sale-or-return basis (we recommend that you leave all frames except one in each classroom in their plastic packaging).

· a Flyer/Order form (with Colour Guide) for every family

1. Send Flyer/Order Form (with Colour Guide) home to all families. The response will be increased if children are allowed to take home some of their artwork at the same time.

2. Reinforce Tolka Fundraising in your Newsletter with details of:

• How the frames work

• How to order

• Where size and colour samples can be viewed (i.e. in the classrooms)

• Date for final orders

1. Bank all money collected into your bank account (we will invoice you for frames purchased at the completion of fundraising)

2. Fill orders using the sample frames where possible.

3. Order the balance of frames required using the School Order Form supplied.
